Campaign Monitor Reviews

Here are some of the remarks that people across the internet have about Campaign Monitor:

What they like best:

The intuitive, easy-to-use interface and the speed that the program has makes it something very likeable. There is also a very straightforward method for creating campaigns that makes the process very easy.

Since the software was introduced, the company has added many features that make the end result of email campaigns that much better. For instance they’ve added automation, transactional emails, and analytics all under the same system. All of these components interact seamlessly with one another.

Another feature users liked was the ability to apply dynamic content within email campaigns. Not only does this make campaigns flexible but it makes A/B testing much easier.

Users also liked email list management features. The interface for managing contacts is intuitive and easy to use.

What they didn’t like:

Users reported that they would like more functionality in the WYSIWYG editor. There is basic functionality for adding text and images and formatting those elements but that’s about it.

Other users report that customer service is not as helpful as they would like it to be. When having issues with the software, it can be difficult to find the support they need to solve their issues or the staff just wasn’t as knowledgeable as they would have liked.

One other issue was about mass email sending. People did not like the fact that the email was not sent immediately after pressing send. That it took a few minutes or in some cases a lot longer for the email to actually be sent. Although this may be fault of the user or their internet connection, they also reported emails being sent to the promotional tab of a person’s inbox.

Overall reviews of Campaign Monitor were overwhelmingly positive.
