Plans for the prevention of corruption

The centrality attributed to administrative law in the prevention of corruptive phenomena finds its full expression in the regulation of prevention plans. In summary, the approval of a national anti-corruption plan is envisaged, which contains the objectives for the development of the prevention strategy at central level and provides guidelines and support to public administrations.
