To conduct an agile assessment, you need to have a standard agreed-upon evaluation method. There are various agile assessment frameworks, such as the Agile Fluency Model, Agility Health Radar, and Agile Maturity Model.

The Agile Fluency Model is a widely adopted method of agile assessment. It evaluates an organization’s agile fluency on a scale of 1 to 4 based on the practices and behaviors exhibited by the team. A level 1 Agile team exhibits only the most basic agile practices, while a level 4 team has fully integrated agile practices into their processes, culture, and values.

The Agility Health Radar is another assessment framework. It evaluates agile teams across six dimensions and assigns a score to each team. The six dimensions are team performance, team culture, product delivery, technical excellence, business value, and organizational agility.

The Agile Maturity Model is a more comprehensive method of agile assessment that evaluates an organization’s maturity level in terms of agile processes, culture, and technology. It grades an organization on a scale of 1 to 5 based on the level of maturity in these areas.
